Upcoming event:
The Indonesian Independence Day commemorates Indonesia’s proclamation of independence in 1945, marking the end of over three centuries of Dutch colonial rule and three years of Japanese occupation. This year, we proudly celebrate the 81st anniversary of this historic milestone.
This celebration seeks to honour the legacy of Indonesia’s independence, pay tribute to the sacrifices of our national heroes, and highlight the cultural significance of this 81st year. The event also aims to promote Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage through traditional music, dance, and costume.
The festival includes the following activities:
•Traditional performances from Indonesian dancers
•Traditional games for young kids, teenagers, and adults, such as sack race, cracker’s eating competition, tug of war, etc
•Performances by Indonesian singers and musicians.
•Sing along to Indonesian songs.
•Fashion show of clothing inspired by Indonesian traditional motifs.
•Food stalls of various authentic Indonesian food.
•Information stalls for community services and from Indonesian Consulate

Pilihan harga stall:
• Food stall with active cooking ($1,100) – on the concrete
• Food stall with active cooking (member ICC price $1,000) – on the concrete
• Food stall without active cooking (no fire, warming only) ($900) – on the grass
• Food stall without active cooking (no fire, warming only) (member ICC price $800) – on the grass
• Information stall (non-food, including clothing and accessories) $500 – on the grass
Jika menggunakan harga member ICC, harap dikonfirmasi dengan ketua organisasi member ICC terlebih dahulu.
Panitia menyediakan stall berukuran 3 m x 3 m dan 3 buah meja, dengan kapasitas Listrik 10Amp. Jika akan menggunakan lebih, harap konfirmasi dengan panitia.
Pilihan tipe makanan bisa dilihat pada saat registrasi di link di bawah ini. Juga upload food safety certificate and public liability insurance certificate di link tersebut.
To register as stall vendors:
Untuk tiap jenis makanan utama dibatasi hanya 2 stall yang boleh sama. Additional menu di stall masing masing tidak boleh mengambil dari tipe makanan utama.
Peserta stall agar menghias sendiri stall nya untuk diikutkan di Stall decoration competition. Kriteria penilaian: quality, service, decoration, tidiness, and cleanliness.
Tiap stall agar bertanggung jawab dengan hygiene dan kebersihan stall masing-masing. Sampah agar dibawa dari site karena rubbish bins hanya untuk pengunjung. Tiap stall membawa sendiri supply air untuk memasak jika diperlukan. Kriteria lainnya bisa dilihat di link registrasi.
